If you wish to return a product, for whatever reason, we invite you to contact our Customer Service team first. You can email us at rayanashcontact@gmail.com to discuss the details of your return and obtain the necessary information.

Our return policy allows you 14 days after receiving your package to return any item you no longer want. To be eligible for return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

When making a return, you have two options:

  1. Refund : We will refund the returned item, provided it is in good condition and has not been opened or used.
  2. Exchange : You also have the option to exchange the item for another product from our selection.

If an item breaks or stops working during the warranty period, the 14 day return period will be extended to take into account the warranty period.

If you receive a defective item, it is imperative to contact us within a maximum of 5 days after receiving the product.

Please note the following for package returns:

  • You must contact our Customer Service before returning the package to discuss the return details. If this is not done, we reserve the right not to accept your return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and RAYANASH will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the choice of a delivery service. No refund will be made until we have received the returned item(s). We strongly advise you to opt for parcel tracking.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been inspected by our team. We will not issue refunds for items returned damaged or opened/used. Please note that the processing time can be up to 10 business days and will depend on the recipient's bank. The shipping costs of the original order are not included in the refund.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, standard return policies apply. If the replacement item costs less than the original item, we will refund the difference or offer a credit for an equivalent amount. If the replacement item costs more, we reserve the right to request payment of the difference, on a case-by-case basis.

Replacements:

If there is a problem with a product during its warranty period, please contact our Customer Service for assistance and to resolve the problem. If a product eligible for replacement is no longer in stock, we will offer you a reasonable alternative.
